Castroà¿?à¿«s dream is to free brother Aron from the Zoo, and then to be protected by him, his elder brother. Castro arrives in the Zoo Wilderness but he crashes in the cage of the dangerous girl glutton Jippi. She threatens him, says she will eat him if he don't include her in his escape. But Castro wonders. Is Aron in the Zoo Wilderness? If so, will he be set free? Castro starts to wonder who to trust in a world where wild instincts, crass clutches and razor sharp teeths are normal?
"Jafs" is funny, exciting and a lovely tale for children from age 6 +.Illustrated by Bjørn Ousland.
"Here is fine philosophy and a small dose of wisdom. The author writes well and enables warmth and closeness with these funny, nice animals." (Aftenposten)
